RANDALL NAKASHIMA
Mr. Nakashima joined the firm in 2006 after several years of practice in Municipal Law and Insurance Defense. Mr. Nakashima was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1993. While in law school, he clerked for a litigation firm primarily focused on bad faith, products liability and catastrophic injury. Upon admission to the Bar, Mr. Nakashima served as a Deputy City Attorney for various municipalities in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, providing advise on personnel, environmental and land use matters, and handling tort claims, code enforcement and general litigation matters.
He has also litigated extensively in both defense of insured and self-insured entities, handling diverse matters including both legal and medical professional liability, broker liability and foster family agencies.
Mr. Nakashima is a 1976 graduate of UCLA, and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1993.
