Law Enforcement and Code Enforcement

The Firm represents municipalities in code enforcement matters.  Members of the Firm are knowledgeable in obtaining compliance with municipal ordinances through informal means, administrative abatement, civil injunction and formal prosecution.  Formal prosecution includes the initial review and evaluation of the case through final prosecution.  In its code enforcement efforts, the Firm has an outstanding success record and has obtained substantial restitution orders for its clients.  Reducing the City's out of pocket expenses and obtaining effective compliance in these matters are always primary considerations.
